Mission Dividend provides general information about AI data-licensing programs and, on request, an informal assessment of whether an organization may qualify for one. We may introduce organizations to buyers. We are an independent service, not affiliated with any buyer, and we act as no one’s agent unless we say so in a signed agreement.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and no assessment we give is a guarantee that any buyer will make an offer or pay any amount. Payment ranges shown are published by buyers and are not offers. Every organization should obtain its own legal advice before licensing any records, and is solely responsible for deciding what to license, to whom, and on what terms.
Our eligibility review is free. If an organization signs an agreement with a buyer we introduced, our fee is 10% of the amount the organization is paid under that agreement, with a minimum fee of $10,000, payable when the organization is paid. Any referral fee a buyer pays us for the same introduction is credited against that amount, and we disclose the buyer's referral terms to the organization before any introduction. These terms are confirmed in a signed engagement letter before we make any introduction.
